Dear Mulberry and Heather Class,
We hope you are all well and are still smiling through these uncertain and challenging times. Please continue to work through your CGP workbooks and complete daily online activities. This week, we would also like you to complete the activities below if you haven’t already done so. You don’t have to complete them online, you could complete them on paper/card, take a photograph and then up load them to homelearning@perryfields-pri.sandwell.sch.uk
Postcard from a book.
Write a postcard from one of the characters from your favourite or current fiction book. Don’t forget the post-mark, address and stamp. Illustrate your postcard.
Book Dictionary
Using your current reading book, create a dictionary of new and unfamiliar words. Don’t just copy blindly from the internet or dictionary, try to write your own definition and challenge yourself to write a sentence using that word. Illustrate your work.
Charles Darwin Fact-file
Research the work of Charles Darwin. Write a fact-file, create a PowerPoint presentation or design a poster using your research.
Outdoor learning
It’s important that you play outside in your garden and get plenty of fresh air and exercise. Think of something you could do outside, e.g. plant seeds, vegetables, help weed, build a den, do some wild art, build a bug home. Check out ‘50 things to do before you are 11 ¾’ on the National Trust website. Many of the activities can be completed in your garden.

Have lots of fun, wash your hands and stay safe.
Love from Mrs Francis, Mrs Wood, Mrs Bates, Miss Francis and Miss Clulow.
