Today we have generated our initials as illuminated script. Many years ago the monks who lived on Holy Island worked hard and ‘illuminated’ by hand the first letters in paragraphs in the Gospels. The images are stunning and I have no doubt that Sky class would 100% been included in the craft. Their own letters today are totally amazing. Take a look and I think you will agree.
