Alert: report of an incident in the Oldbury area

Location: Ridgacre Road, Quinton (near Tesco)
On Wednesday 14 November 2018 at approximately 3.15pm, a group of students were “messing about” on their way home, when a woman approached them in a red Mini car and asked one of the students to get in the car. The woman grabbed the bag from one of the students and asked him to get in the car. The student got away.
Description: white female, approximately 5’6”, in her 40’s, with red hair and wearing a black jumper.
