Today we had a special visitor arrive at our school, his name was Chris and he was from Severn Trent water. He came to tell use about wonderful water and how we can conserve water in everyday life. We then had an activity challenge where we had to pretend to be a new family. We all had a card with water usage on and we had to measure the water used to decide if family members could save water or were water wasters. It was great fun and highlighted just how much water is wasted each day. By making small changes we can make a huge difference to water consumption.
