Alert: report of an incident in the Oldbury area

Location: Alleyway off Beech Avenue, Quinton B32 2UB, which links to the Hagley Road West and runs behind Hollybush Medical Centre and other shops.
A student has reported that at approximately 8am on Thursday 8 November 2018, a black car [Audi] stopped by the student, and a man got out and approached him. The man asked the student to get into the car to show him a location. The student refused and ran in the other direction to a public area.
Description: black male, in his 20’s, 5’8” tall, light stubble on chin, shaved head and wearing a black hoodie. The man had a local accent.
Police have been notified.
