On Jubilee Art day, year 4 were learning about Patrick Lichfield. We looked at different photographs he took of the royal family. The photo we focussed on was of Queen Elizabeth, taken in 1972. We all felt like this most important aspect of this photo was the queen’s smile and we decided to recreate that. The children focussed on adding light and dark tones and portraying her happiness. Well done year 4!
