Last week in Emerald and Willow Class we finished our work about the book Cave Baby. We wrote a description of a cave, created a new character, wrote a letter to the Woolly mammoth and wrote a new blurb for the book. In Maths we learnt how to add 1 and 2 digit numbers to 3 digit numbers by using a range of methods.

In Science we sorted different types of skeletons and the fun part was labelling all the organs in our body. Mrs Harrison delighted us all by wearing a Velcro tabard where we could take out and place all the major organs in the correct place.

We finished our Friday by singing and dancing to a song called Autumn Harvest. You can see from the photographs that we all had a brilliant time dancing with colourful scarves and it was a fabulous way to finish off a busy week.
