Year One celebrated Children In Need day by wearing our brightest, happiest clothes and completing some creative learning tasks.

Children In Need is an annual day of fundraising for children in the UK who aren’t as fortunate as we are. We discussed what our donations can do to help these children such as arranging days of fun or making sure they have a warm meal each day.

Our learning saw us thinking about how we can all work together to reach for the stars! We thought about how our friends help us and drew pictures to show this. How lucky we all are to have our friends to help us when we need them.
