World Mental Health Day

For World Mental Health Day, Year 4 talked about big emotions which might have a negative impact on our well-being.  We then discussed activities that might help us to manage these emotions and improve our well-being. The children had the opportunity to practise some mindful breathing activities as well as some exercises to help with relaxation.  In the afternoon, we spent time outside collecting natural materials to create art work. Take a look at some of our creations.
