A report has been received of an incident that happened on Monday 20 March 2023 (pm).
A male, who was experiencing a mental health crisis and was in possession of a hammer, succeeded in climbing into a car with a member of staff (who was also a parent) and a child.
Description: White male, late 20s.
The police attended.
