Location: Near Greggs shop, Stone Cross, West Bromwich
A student has reported that on his way to school, he saw a white van and the driver was looking at him. When the student got near The Manor House, the van stopped and the driver asked if he was okay. The student ran to school and the van drove off.
Description: Asian male, in his 30s.
The police have been notified.
