Over the last couple of weeks, we have been learning about Neil Armstrong and the first ‘Manned Moon Landing’.
So for art today, we manipulated and shaped clay to create 3D moons. We used some clay modelling tools and our fingers to create the craters!

This afternoon Year 3 joined Year 2 to play games which had been created by the year 3 children. The collaboration, listening and sharing was awesome. All the children involved had a magnificent time and we will possibly join again for future activities.
Last week, we have used many of our skills such as researching, interviewing, planning, drafting and editing to write our Newspaper Articles on Lindisfarne. At the end of last week, we wrote up our newspaper articles, ensuring the features of a newspaper were there....
