This afternoon, Year 2 continued our learning about Space with different activities to extend our Scientific knowledge and understanding.

We could use the Chrome Books to research about the planets or we could use our library books to discover the Solar System. Using our craft materials, we could use our BLP muscles of imagining and absorption to create pictures or rockets…or even an entire galaxy! For those of us who wanted to use construction, we were able to use our Lego to create rockets and the International Space Station.

It was fantastic to be able to lead our own learning and make decisions about how we can learn best. We used lots of our BLP muscles and had great fun collaborating with our friends!
