Alert: report of incidents in the Rowley Regis area

It has been reported that on Friday 9 October 2020 at Rowley Village, Rowley Regis and on Monday 12 October 2020 at 8.15am on Hanover Road, Rowley Regis, a man was seen looking at female students while they walked to school.

Description: white male, approximately 30-40s, slim, average height, short spiky hair and brown eyes and wearing a short cream jacket and dark trousers.
