Over the past week, Year 4 have been looking at Boudicca’s rebellion and how she led the Celts into battle against the Romans. The children took on different roles: a Celt farmer, a Roman soldier, a Roman commander, a Roman slave and Boudicca so that we could look at the rebellion from different points of view. Both classes did really well at putting themselves in the shoes of the different characters and as a result they produced some fantastic writing. Well done Year 4!

Watch out for next week’s lesson when you will all become Roman soldiers going into battle!
