Alert: report of an incident in the Rowley Regis area

Date:  Monday 13 May 2019 between 3.10-3.15pm

Location:  Stuart Road, Rowley Regis

It has been reported that a man drove past a student then turned the car around. The man opened the window and said to the student ‘are you sure you want to be walking alone darling?’. The student ran away. Car was silver/grey 4×4 car with tinted windows.
