Alert: report of an incident in the Halesowen area

A student has reported that on her way to school, at approximately 8.25am today, a car stopped in front of her on Howley Grange Road, Halesowen, and put his window down. The man in the car did not say anything but stared at the student.

The student walked down an alleyway leading to Spies Lane and saw the car again.

Description: Asian male, black hair, wearing a green/camouflage vest and driving a White BMW 5 door car.

Police have been informed.
