Alert: reports of incidents in the Wednesbury and Oldbury areas

Location: Darby Road, Wednesbury

 

It was reported on Tuesday 20 November 2018 [pm] that a student from Wood Green Academy was walking along Darby Road when she made eye contact with a man in a green car. He started the car and began to follow her. The student took out her phone to call a friend and the man stopped the car, got out and started to watch her. The student believed the man was following her.

 

Description: Asian male, 5”4’ tall, with a trimmed beard.

Location: Apsley Road leading onto the Kingsway, Oldbury

 

It has been reported that at approximately 4.45pm on Tuesday 20 November 2018 a man stopped his car [silver family car] to speak to a student and her friends and asked, “Do you know Leena?”. The man reached for his seatbelt to open it. The students didn’t respond and ran back to school.
